
If your child will be 4 years old on or before September 30, 2019--it's time to get your application in for the LCPS Pre K Program. Deadline for applications to be received is next Friday, March 15, 2019 in order to be assigned an appointment time for the Pre K Screening Day on April 8, 2019. You can pick up a hard copy of the application at the school board office, Kenbridge Elementary, and Victoria Elementary. Kindergarten Registration is just around the corner--Friday, March 15 is the day! If you have a child who will be 5 on or before September 30, 2019, please go to either VES or KES, depending on where you live, to register them!


In honor of March Madness, LCPS has created a fun-filled attendance challenge among the schools. Each week classrooms will face off in teams against each other. At the end of the week the classrooms daily attendance average will be calculated together and whichever team has the highest percentage of attendance will win! Congratulations to the 11th Grade for winning the semester long grade level attendance challenge at CHS! They had the least amount of absences last semester of any grade level in the school.
