Mrs. Watson’s Career Exploration Classes at LMS participated in the Real World, Real Money activity sponsored by Virginia Cooperative Extension on October 12. Virginia Cooperative Extension utilizes community volunteers to conduct the program. Students receive information that assigns them a job with a monthly income. Students visit stations such as insurance, clothing, housing, transportation, etc. to learn how to responsibly spend the money they earn.
