Culinary Arts has added laying hens to our program! Central High School has received a donation of six beautiful hens. This is to ensure the very best ingredients for our projects and to promote sustainability. Chickens will be a cross disciplinary project, Culinary Arts, Nutrition and Agriculture students will work together in the care of our hens.
