A few words from Mrs. Forehand...
I am thrilled and honored to serve the students, staff, parents, and the community as the Assistant Principal of Kenbridge Elementary School. I am humbled to support a school with a history of academic excellence with high student expectations. It is my vision to help continue this legacy at Kenbridge Elementary.
As a Nottoway native, my roots run deep in Lunenburg County, as both of my parents were born and raised here. It truly feels like I am finally coming home. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Longwood University and a Master’s Degree from Liberty University. In addition, I acquired my Administration and Supervision Endorsement through Longwood University.
As an educator with over ten years of experience, I taught fifth and sixth-grade special education. Most recently, I was the assistant principal of Clarksville Elementary School. As a highly motivated and versatile administrator, I look forward to this rewarding position while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
As Kenbridge Elementary’s Assistant Principal, I will aim to ensure student success through differentiated instruction that meets individual needs while making all students feel safe in their environment. I will strive to build relationships with the students, staff, parents, and the Kenbridge community. We will continue to succeed as we all work together!
