LCPS Families and Staff,
There has been a recent spike in the number of COVID-19 cases which has affected the number of staff in our buildings. LCPS found it necessary to close our secondary schools and Kenbridge Elementary School early today, Friday, January 14 as a result. For the same reason, Victoria Elementary School reverted to virtual learning today. We are hoping that the three day weekend and some deep cleaning of buildings will help us to be back to normal operations very soon. A decision will be made for Tuesday, January 18 by the end of the day Monday, January 17 and communicated to staff and families. The safety and health of our students and staff is our top priority. We appreciate your understanding.
