
REMINDER: Free Meals for children 2-18 will be available at Kenbridge Elementary School and Central High School TOMORROW, MONDAY, MARCH 23 from 11 AM to 1 PM. A child must be with the parent at meal pick up. Ripberger Public Library also will have free books for students of all grade levels. Free meals and free books also will be available on Thursday, March 26 at the same locations and times. Thank you.


CHANGE IN FREE MEALS SCHEDULE –Free Meals will now be available on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS. Times and locations remain the same--11 AM – 1 PM at both Kenbridge Elementary School and Central High School. During this time, NEXT WEEK ONLY, books donated by Ripberger Public Library will be given out for students of ALL grade levels. You DO NOT have to come to the school next Monday to pick up packets. LCPS Teachers are currently gathering information and resources for all LCPS Students. Packets will be available for pick up at each school on Monday, March 23 between 12-3 PM, and online resources will be made available on our website on Monday as well. Lunenburg County Public Schools will be providing free meals to all children ages 2-18 beginning Tuesday, March 17th. A child must be present to pick up a meal. This will be at Kenbridge Elementary School and Central High School from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM every Tuesday and Thursday. Kenbridge Elementary School will have pickup at the gym back parking lot. Central High School will have pickup at the cafeteria entrance to the left of the main doors.

All staff will report to duty on time and receive detailed instructions from their building administration for the day. This day will be used as a teacher workday for staff members to proactively prepare instructional materials in the event that schools are closed for an extended period of time.
