The Lunenburg Medical Center will be administering FREE athletic physicals for CHS and LMS students on Thursday, July 22nd from 8:00 am to 12:00 Noon and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. These physical exams will be administered at the CHS Field House. All prospective athletes from both schools are eligible for this physical. Students must have pages 1,2 and 4 of the revised 1/21 VHSL form in order to get a physical. Students who already received their physical after May 1, 2021 at one of our free physical events do not need another one. These physical exams will be good for all CHS and LMS sports and activities during the 2021-22 school year. This will be the last free physical event prior to Fall sports this year.
