LCPS Teachers are currently gathering information and resources for all LCPS Students. Packets will be available for pick up at each school on Monday, March 23 between 12-3 PM, and online resources will be made available on our website on Monday as well. Please watch for instant alerts and posts with more details and information regarding these resources on Friday, March 20.

Lunenburg County Public Schools will be providing free meals to all children ages 2-18 beginning Tuesday, March 17th. A child must be present to pick up a meal. This will be at Kenbridge Elementary School and Central High School from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM every Tuesday and Thursday. Kenbridge Elementary School will have pickup at the gym back parking lot. Central High School will have pickup at the cafeteria entrance to the left of the main doors.

All staff will report to duty on time and receive detailed instructions from their building administration for the day. This day will be used as a teacher workday for staff members to proactively prepare instructional materials in the event that schools are closed for an extended period of time.

Kindergarten and Pre K Students will NOT attend school on Friday, March 6. This is the day of the Kindergarten Registration Program. Pre K Students are encouraged to come to the program that day to register for Kindergarten at the elementary school they will attend next year.
