The Lunenburg Medical Center will be giving Physical Examinations free of charge at the Central High School Field House on Thursday, May 20th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. There will be a lunch break between 12:00 and 1:00. These physical exams are required for participation in Sports at CHS and LMS during the 2021-22 School Year. The VHSL is requiring an updated form this year. (attached) Pages 1, 2, and 4 must be completed and properly signed prior to receiving a physical. Please do not arrive later than 11:40 for a morning examination or 3:40 for an afternoon exam.
